Elizabeth Lerch serves as the Senior Director of Development and Grants Management for the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership (CICP). Prior to joining CICP, Lerch served as a Director of Business Partnerships for Indiana University.

Lerch is returning to CICP where she spent 12 years at the organization and its advanced manufacturing and logistics initiative Conexus Indiana. As the Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives for CICP, Lerch led development efforts to secure operational funding across the organization, among other projects. As a part of Conexus Indiana, she served as Project Director, increasing the impact of the initiatives’ talent recruitment and talent development programs.

She has also held roles at the Indiana Department of Administration, Westcomm, Inc., and Butler University.

Lerch serves as a board member for the IPS Education Foundation.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Butler University.
