BioCrossroads releases 2022 Indiana Life Sciences Capital Report showing $6.8B in capital investment in the life sciences sector

INDIANAPOLIS (April 17, 2023) — BioCrossroads today released its annual analysis of capital invested to grow and support Indiana life sciences companies in 2022. “We are pleased to report that Indiana experienced capital investment of more than $6.8 billion in 2022 that will directly result in the creation of 3,000 new life sciences sector jobs in the state,” said Jane Dunigan-Smith, BioCrossroads’ senior vice president, chief strategy officer and managing director of Seed Funds. “This includes more than $600 million in venture capital to support innovation and start-ups along with $2.8 billion in other capital investments for establishing, expanding or upgrading Indiana life sciences facilities.” Indiana’s life sciences sector contributed $77 billion to the state’s economy last year. New research unveils areas ripe for innovation to eliminate food insecurity

INDIANAPOLIS (April 5, 2023) — AgriNovus Indiana, an initiative to grow the state’s agbioscience economy, released new research today identifying the need for new technologies to drive connectivity between food access and populations experiencing food insecurity. Indianapolis airline pilot, Bridge Builder Award announced for TechPoint’s Mira Awards

New study finds Indiana’s agbioscience economy posted record growth since 2018, now topping $58 billion
