The IN ADVANCE Summit is a conference for Indiana’s young talent, developed by the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership (CICP) and its branded initiatives, in collaboration with 16 Tech. This content-rich, interactive half-day summit is focused on early-in-career talent – sessions are appropriate for college students and those who have been in the workforce for less than 10 years. Sessions will cover conversations about some of Indiana’s most important advanced industries like life sciences, agbiosciences, advanced manufacturing and logistics, and technology, as well as how to find ways to get engaged within their organizations and the local community and how to balance personal passions with the mission and vision of a workplace. In addition, industry executives will be in attendance to lead roundtable sessions, network, and answer questions from attendees.
CICP looks forward to harnessing the impact of the CICP initiatives into this inaugural event which will showcase the importance of Indiana’s advanced industry sectors as well as bring together a significant cross-section of talent who will benefit from connecting with each other and learning new information.
