On November 21, over 200 students will join us for a day of engaging panel discussions and hands-on demonstrations during the annual See Yourself IN High School Summit. This free event shines a light on Indiana companies, leaders, and young talent working in the state’s fastest-growing industries.

Inspiring Young Hoosiers to
Find Their Future in Indiana

Through its See Yourself IN program, Central Indiana Corporate Partnership (CICP) is inspiring Indiana’s high school 
students to explore jobs, industries, and opportunities that they might not have considered or known existed. 


CICP is hosting the High School Summit alongside its five talent and industry sector initiatives 
(AgriNovus Indiana, Ascend Indiana, BioCrossroads, Conexus Indiana, and TechPoint) and in collaboration with 16 Tech, 
the Indiana Department of Education, and Ivy Tech.

What to Expect

    Hear insights from keynote speaker Olivia West (the Indiana Fever and Pacers in-game host) and other industry leaders.

    Discover jobs, companies, and career paths from fellow young professionals and industry leaders.

    Experience hands-on activities in life sciences, technology, advanced manufacturing and more.

    Learn what skills will set students apart for desired jobs and careers in Indiana industries.
