In a recent interview on WISH-TV's Business, Equity & Opportunities show, Ascend Indiana VP of Consulting and Co-Founder Stephanie Bothun talks about how the organization is helping to bridge the gap between employers and educational institutions to transform the way early-in-career talent find good and promising jobs, internships and apprenticeships in Indiana. Ascend is also a partner with EmployIndy on the Modern Apprenticeship program. It's a three-year work-based learning experience with local employers, where students emerge with a high school diploma, college credits, relevant credentials and professional experience.
